DriveEurope.com collects the full name and contact number for a traveler when a travel reservation is made. When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through DriveEurope.com, we may collect PI and travel preferences about that individual. Travel purchase information
DriveEurope.com collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for travel purchased through DriveEurope.com.
We're dedicated to protecting your credit card security.
Your credit card is protected whenever you make a purchase or reservation on DriveEurope.com. If any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement within 12 months of your last DriveEurope.com transaction, report this fraud to your credit card provider and contact us immediately.
Most credit card companies cover all charges resulting from credit card fraud, or may limit your responsibility to 47.43€, the maximum allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your credit card provider charges you for unauthorized transactions resulting from a purchase or reservation on DriveEurope.com, we will cover this liability, up to 47.43€, so long as certain terms and conditions are met. Travel Arranger information

If you elect to participate in this service, DriveEurope.com will collect the e-mail address of the person you are authorizing to make travel arrangements on your behalf or for whom you are requesting authorization to make travel arrangements.
Surveys, contests, and sweepstakes information
Occasionally, DriveEurope.com may offer our members and site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey, contest, or sweepstakes. Information collected by DriveEurope.com when you participate in a survey, contest, or sweepstakes may include your full name, e-mail address, and street address.
