The Estheréa Hotel has been owned by the same family since its beginnings and is built within the walls of neighboring 17° Century canal houses. The excellent small Greek restaurant Traîterie Grekas, next door, provides room-service meals, and the Estheréa Hotel offers a concierge, limited-hours room service, dry cleaning and laundry, baby-sitting, bicycle rental and a tour desk. You will also find foreign newspapers and magazines for sale (some of which are freely available for you to read in our library).

The Estheréa Hotel has a lounge with canal view and bar where coffee and tea is served free of charge for our guests from 7:30 till 22:00. You will also find foreign newspapers for sale and a small library with books in different languages that you can borrow during your stay. We have colouring books and pencils for our small guests as well as baby beds and a high chair in the breakfast room. From 7:00 till 10:00, breakfast is served in the breakfast room. We have a breakfast buffet with many different kinds of bread and rolls, muffins, muesli, yogurt, milk, corn flakes, fresh fruit, dutch cheese, cream cheese, ham, different kinds of jam, honey, fruit juices, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, many different kinds of tea and coffee.

All 70 rooms, accessible by elevator, have recently been renovated and are all equipped with private bathroom, telephone, television, safe and minibar. We have several rooms which are overlooking the canal for which we charge a supplement. The room sizes vary considerably according to their location in the canal houses, and a few are quite small, though not seriously so.
