| We are a wine restaurant and hotel in one of Germany's most beautiful wine regions, the Rheingau. Our hotel is personally directed by the owners, the Breuer family, just as the well known Rüdesheim wine estate GEORG BREUER. Nature has made the Rheingau into a treasure. For this reason natural things are of prime importance for us. Wines are from our own vineyards. Our hotel rooms in the former manor of the prince elect of 1729 have state-of-the-art furniture. |

We are friends of ‘Slow Food’ and do follow their philosphy. That is why we strongly believe in high quality. Our dishes are prepared à la minute. They taste even better with wine. On our Rare Wine Card you find almost 300 Rheingau wines. All vintages since 1929 are available. Even from 1893 to 1929 many extraordinary wines are for sale. We have a great choice of older wines, charta wines, first growths, ice wines, berry selections and dried berry selections. There are red pinot noirs, both in classical style and vinified in barrique.
