Between the mighty River Gironde and the Atlantic are the rolling
fertile vineyards of the Médoc where wine is king.
Out of respect for it, comes gastronomic excellence, a doctrine to which Relais de
Margaux enthusiastically subscribes. The master chef has a repertoire
of the highest calibre using home-grown produce and local specialities
such as crab, langoustine and eels. You expect the wine list to be
exceptional - and it is - and you can wrestle with your choice in the
restaurant set, as if in veneration, amongst the wine racks of the
ancient cellars.

The Restaurant of Relais de Margaux, situated in one of the old wine-cellars, with its mellow stone walls, is a truly distinctive residence. Its several bay windows, with direct access to the terrace give the brightness to the building. The pastel colours of the walls are infused with the fine silver- and glassware.

Category "CLUB" (16 bedrooms of 30m2): The bedrooms, situated in the heart of the building, their walls of 50 centimetres, give you the opportunity to discover the charming and traditional Bordeaux style. Category "PRESTIGE" (42 bedrooms of 35 m2): The right wing of the Relais is even more spacious and the bedrooms are characterised by their British style furnishing. Built in 1998, they are bright and decorative and the bedroom with its small lounge is separated from the entrance.
