| Once a tour has been confirmed, a deposit of 10% (min. Euro 500, -)
is due. This will be debited from your credit card account. The
balance will be debited 30 days before departure, latest when
we send out all documents.
Following are the cancellation charges due should you need
to cancel a confirmed booking:

 After confirmation and 30 days before departure, Euro 250,- per booking
29 days - 14 days before departure, Euro 500,- per booking
(after send out of the Tour Handbook with all vouchers)
13 days - 2 days before departure, Euro 1.000,- per booking
no-show or cancellation on the day of departure Euro 1.000,- per booking
plus hotel cancellation fees.

Hotel reservations made during Fair or congress periods have
special high cancellation charges. Ask for details.
Cancellation fee for ferries or train bookings will be added seperately
because they differ a lot depends on time of booking and cancellation.
Please note that train as well as flight tickets normally have
100% cancellation conditions after booking.

illness or an emergency we will arrange the best possibility
to save costs for you. |
